Accommodation consists of a large spacious living/dining area with 60" flat screen TV and DVD player. Fully equipped kitchen with stove, fridge, microwave, dishwasher and small appliances, utensils, crockery, tea, coffee etc. There is an electric bbq on the deck. Modern bathroom. Queen size bedroom with ocean views and twin bedroom with 2 king singles overlooking the pool. All linen supplied and laundry facilities are available. Air conditioning. Guests have the use of the private swimming pool at the rear of the property and there is off street parking.

WHY PEOPLE LOVE AVALON...
Beautiful walks on the beach, swimming, surfing, fishing, golf, Laid back village with wonderful restaurants and cafes, lots of interesting shops and food stores. Lovely local drives to some of the world’s most beautiful beaches all within 10 minutes. Walk up to Barrenjoey Lighthouse at nearby Palm Beach. Swim in the protected rock pool at the south end of the Avalon beach. Local golf courses, tennis, RSL, bowling club, cinema, tennis, beauty spas and yoga studios.

The scenic Pittwater area on the other side of the peninsula is a haven for boating enthusiasts and there are numerous ferry trips available from Palm Beach Ferry Wharf, a short 10 minute drive north of Avalon. Boats and kayaks are available for hire - excellent for exploring the beautiful natural waterways and National Parks. Seaplane flights are also available from Palm Beach which is also known as “Summer Bay” in the series Home and Away which is filmed there and in Avalon. Take a surfing lesson at Palm Beach
